Soccer Tournament & Summer Feast - July 6th, 2012

Dear Colleagues,

with big sporting events on the horizon it is time to announce our own SFB 914 summer event: Our Summer Soccer Tournament and Summer Feast.

Both will take place on July 6th. The soccer game will start at 3:00 pm and the barbecuing will begin at around 4:30-5:00 pm.

Barbecue

For the BBQ we need to ask for a small contribution towards expenses: 10 € for post-docs and PIs, 5 € for lab techs, PhD students etc. Please also feel free to bring along salads, fruits etc. to add to the more typical Bavarian ingredients (beer and meat) that we will arrange for. We will meet in the area between WBex and the Helmholtz Zentrum (Marchioninistraße, Link to Google Maps).

Soccer Tournament

We will play on the soccer field west of the Klinikum along Butenandtstraße (Link to Google Maps).

Instead of four teams as planned originally, we will have two teams: projects A1-A8 and projects B1-B8. We will skip all preliminary games and play only one "final". The game will start at 3:00 p.m.

There will be two teams - please get in touch with your team captain if you wish to play:

• Team 1: A & Z projects
• Team 2: B projects
