Gabriele Zuchtriegel wins Young Investigator Award, Melanie Salvermoser receives Travel Award

Two PhD students of SFB 914 were awarded for their work presented at this year’s 37th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Microcirculation and Vascular Biology (GfMVB) in Hannover (24–26 September 2015).

Gabriele Zuchtriegel wins Young Investigator Award

The Young Investigator Award was awarded to Gabriele Zuchtriegel, PhD student in the group of Christoph Reichel (project B03). She was honored for her talk “Platelets direct leukocytes to their sites of extravasation”.

Melanie Salvermoser receives Travel Award

The jury awarded Melanie Salvermoser, PhD student in the group of Barbara Walzog (project A02), with a Travel Award for her presentation in the session “Leukocyte trafficking and extravasation”.
